Coffee for me started out as a hobby in 2020. At one point I wanted to take my hobby to the next level and I was lucky to get a job as a barista at The Brick Coffee Roastery in 2021.

It was an amazing journey working there, as I was just not a barista, but also involved in every way with the world of coffee, whether it was roasting, representing the roastery at coffee festivals or giving lectures about coffee to interested people.

The topic of coffee has given me so much inspiration that I want to integrate it into my master’s thesis in Architecture.
